Planted in 1979
Cornerstone was planted in 1979 as Medford Christian Fellowship. In 1985 our named was changed to Cornerstone Christian Church. That same year, we purchase the church building, from the city of Medford. For over forty years God has used Cornerstone Christian Church to minister to his people and bring the gospel to Medford.
Member congregation of the URCNA
For many years the leadership has been working through reformed teaching with the goal to becoming a confessional church. In 2019 Cornerstone was provisionally accepted into the United Reformed Churches in North America and on October 17, 2022, at Synod Niagara, Cornerstone was ratified as a congregation of the URCNA.
